Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of o10’s AI model-routing platform at app.o10.io and the o10 app for Slack (collectively, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

The Service

o10 routes your requests to third-party AI models and returns responses, with a per-response receipt showing the model used and its cost. Availability and specific models may change over time.

Accounts & installation

• You must have authority to install o10 into a Slack workspace and to bind that workspace to these Terms.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate law or the rights of others, or generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted, or circumvent usage limits.

Your use of AI outputs is also subject to the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers.

Fees

• The free tier includes a monthly allowance of routed inference. Paid plans and prepaid credits are billed as described at checkout.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prepaid credits are consumed as you use the Service.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. o10 does not warrant the accuracy of any response.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant o10 the limited rights needed to process your requests and operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, o10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
